I was honored as a UCF alumnae to be put on to make the design for the second annual Social Justice Week held by the UCF Social Justice & Advocacy office. As social justice is another passion of mine, I was happy to be able to combine my talents with my passion in activism and help represent accurately the diversity that exists not just on UCF campus grounds, but also in America.

The illustration is inspired by some imagery done for the Black Lives Matter movement. It represents solidarity and allyship amongst varying races, religions, sexualities, and gender identities. Social justice is something we must all strive for to help our marginalized communities whose voices are often silenced in America.
