I was tasked with creating an internal video to celebrate the achievements of our Marketing & Communications department while introducing our refreshed brand identity for our annual in-person conference. With no established video style in place, I took the lead in defining our visual language from the ground up — animating our new logo, designing custom lower-thirds, and building graphic templates that would become the foundation of our in-house video identity.
Collaborating with our team, I brought the concept to life through a vibrant, high-energy sizzle reel. The video not only generated pride and excitement within the department, but also set a creative standard for our internal content moving forward.
Its success led to wider adoption — inspiring leadership to license Sia’s “Impossible” for future external use and ultimately influencing the formation of our in-house Production team. What began as a one-off internal project became a cornerstone of our brand’s evolving voice and visual direction.
